CCIM CI-101: Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment R.E.
This four day course is designed to provide you with a thorough understanding of financial analysis tools, concepts and calculations for Commercial Investment Real Estate. It will also provide you with the foundation you will need to take subsequent CCIM courses to achieve the CCIM designation, if you so choose. A CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. It is earned after successfully completing a designation process that ensures CCIMs are proficient not only in theory, but also in practice.
This course will also introduce you to two other important tools: the CCIM Strategic Analysis Model, the fundamentals behind the numbers; and the CCIM Decision-Making Model, a process for analyzing and making real estate decisions. During the course, you will learn how to use key financial concepts such as Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), Cap Rate, Capital Accumulation, and the Annual Growth Rate of Capital to compare different types of commercial real estate investments.
